Island Pork with Cabbage
When my wife and I were in Maui for our wedding anniversary, right next to the place we were staying was the Honoapiilani Food Truck Park. With a great variety of everything from Hawaiian, Thai, Mexican, Shaved Ice, Vietnamese, & Baked goods, it was hard to decide what to try first. We went with the Hawaiian truck and ordered Kalua Pork with Cabbage. It was so good that I had to try to make it when I got home. It was porkalicious!
